Q: What are your rates and service fees?

Your annual interest rate will not exceed  39.99% for the term of your loan. If unpaid, additional charges will apply and will increase the total cost of the contract.  If you need help, or need more time, please contact us to make arrangements to reduce your total liability. 

Q: In which cases could a request be refused?
  • Incomplete or incorrect form;
  • bad repayment history in your bank account. too many NSF;
  • Undischarged bankruptcy;
  • Unsteady employment;
  • A high level of short-term debt
Q: Eligibility requirements ?
  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be a Canadian citizen

  • Currently employed at a steady job

  • Have a net monthly income

  • Must not be under an undischarged bankruptcy

Q: How long until I access my loan?

Once the contact is accepted and the Instate banking verification has been approved, funds will be transferred to your bank account within 24 hours.

Q: What happens if the loan is left unpaid or cases of non-cooperation?

The debt will continue to accrue interest and fees.  If left unpaid, legal actions could be pursued. Please contact our client service team to make arrangements according to you financial situation.  

Q: What are the penalties for a payment with insufficient funds?

In case of insufficient funds, a 45$ fee will apply and additional fees may be applied by your financial institution.  Remember, you can delay a payment, please contact our Client service team to make arrangements.
